Hotel in Sydney: Adina Apartment Hotel Chippendale

I had an amazing staycation weekend at Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Chippendale in the beginning of this year! I planned this trip to stay closer to the city, enjoy the nightlife and also having the feeling to be a tourist in my own city again.

I’ve been before to Chippendale but it didn’t compare with this experience. I could see the area in more details now with a lot of walkings and spend more time to really enjoy the region.

I’ve arrived by train at Redfern station and walked around 12 minutes to the hotel. It’s very easy to walk from the station. I did my check-in at 2pm and my first impressions of the hotel was really fantastic as I wasn’t expected the stunning retro design. In the reception I was also welcomed by the super friendly staff and they’ve showed me the way to my room.

On my way, I walked through the garden area where I could see gorgeous cactus, palm trees, the wellness area with gym equipments, the pool area (my favourite of course!!!), simply an impressive little oasis in the middle of the city.

The Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Chippendale is totally renewed and transformed with a contemporary interior design.

Room tour

I stayed in a two bedroom hotel apartment, very comfortable with a living and dining room area, fully equiped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary things for a short or long stay. I could really live in this place for weeks or months. It’s actually a great option if you’re moving home, if your family is coming to visit in Sydney and you don’t have another room, if you come to work in Sydney which is very well located or if you just want a staycation weekend like me.

Before I forget, everything is new in this Adina Apartment Hotel, the design is very lovely too! The bathroom is also great, spacious with a bathtub to relax. I always like to bring a bath bomb with essential oils in my hotel stays.

Both rooms are huge with a very comfortable beds and pillows, wardrobes and TVs in both rooms. I was really impressed with the comfort and room space.
