One of the things that I’m passionate about are books! I just love to read good stories and learning from others experiences. I like to spend hours in a good library and get lost in many options! Now, I’m spending more time browsing online than in store but it’s kind good actually! I can research and get the best for the moment. So, what I want to share here is that I found these 3 books below just amaaaaaazing for self improvement and they helped me a loooot to change some old habits, even choices, decisions and they gave me new insights to act and changing things that needed to be changed and I did it faster than it could be done! So I really recommend these books if you’re looking to improve anything your life!
1- The Miracle Morning – The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life (Before 8AM) by Hal Elrod
I read this book last year and it helped me to wake up earlier than usual and to create a new morning routine that I’m using so far. I know it sounds a bit cliche but it’s not a easy task to do it when you don’t find a motivation or you’re overwhelmed or tired of your life. There are important lessons in this book and tools to change habits that we don’t easily realise in our daily routine. We just keep going, we know that we need to change but we are too comfortable with our routine or we don’t know how to do it. So, you will learn how the system that we create impact our habits.
